Plan Documents Processor- Administrative Assistant


Create, modify, and maintain all Third-Party Administration (TPA) IRS & DOL mandated legal documents, including contracts, for the entire company. Create, modify and maintain policies, communications and files that pertain to these legal documents.  Produce professional administrative products for our clients and store backups for easy retrieval. 

Must have Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Proficiency of the written English language
  • Excellent proof reading, editing and reading comprehension skills
  • Excellent communication and professional office communique skills
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Word and word processing skills
  • Proficient keyboarding skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarization with MS Office Suite products
  • Strong business administration acumen
  • Organized
  • Effective time manager
  • Technically savvy
  • Easily adaptive to changes


This position works closely with key TPA team members.  Effective communication between these team members is vital. 

Products must be created in a timely manner and without error, as possible.

Many clients' products are attended to concurrently and organization of the workload is crucial.
